Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from Sevin Customs or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Products & Services
Sevin Customs designs, builds, modifies, and sells custom and limited-production watches. Services may include custom watch builds, personalization, modifications, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
Because many watches are individually assembled or customized, minor variations may occur between individual pieces.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders may be placed through our website or other authorized Sevin Customs sales channels.
Payment is due at the time of purchase for in-stock and catalog items unless otherwise stated.
Custom builds may require a parts deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipment.
Once parts or materials have been ordered for a custom build, the order cannot normally be canceled or substantially changed.
3. Shipping
In-stock items are generally shipped within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order and catalog builds require additional assembly and testing time. Estimated completion times are provided when possible but may vary depending on parts availability and the complexity of the build.
Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or provided with your order quote.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Sevin Customs is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping delays outside our reasonable control.
4. Warranty
Sevin Customs watches include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing, assembly, and mechanical defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches or other cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, water damage resulting from an improperly secured crown, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by third-party servicing.
Warranty service may require proof of purchase.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Defective Merchandise
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your purchase. Returns are permitted for new, unworn merchandise only.
You may not wear, alter, size, or otherwise use the item you are returning. Please note that due to their originality, any watches customized by Sevin Customs are not returnable.
Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you with your receipt, including all hang tags and stickers firmly in place. No stickers can be removed, and the item must still be sealed in its original packaging. Also include any packaging, warranty card, manuals, etc. If there are any signs of wear, we will refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Please see below for return instructions.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for something else, we request that you return your purchase for a refund and re-purchase at your convenience. Please see below for return instructions.
Defective Merchandise: In the case of a defective item, please contact us at sevincustoms@yahoo.com and we will assist you with your return.
6. Quality Control
Each Sevin Customs watch is individually assembled, inspected, and tested before shipment.
Depending on the watch and movement, testing may include movement operation, timekeeping, regulation, alignment, cleanliness, and general functionality.
Mechanical watches are precision mechanical devices and normal variations in daily accuracy may occur.
7. Water Resistance
Any stated water-resistance rating applies only when the watch is properly assembled, sealed, and used as intended.
Crowns must be fully secured before exposure to water. Water resistance can diminish over time as seals and gaskets age and should be periodically tested if the watch is regularly exposed to water.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, water damage is not covered by the warranty.
8. Intellectual Property
Sevin Customs names, logos, original watch designs, photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
Third-party trademarks, movement names, component names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sevin Customs will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products or services.
Where permitted by law, Sevin Customs’ total liability relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount paid for that product or service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
10. Changes to These Terms
Sevin Customs may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that purchase.
