My name is Erik, and I recently established Sevin Custom Watches in 2024, though I have been a watch
enthusiast for a long time. I build custom watches and design watch mods for everyone. If this is your first watch, a part of a larger collection, or you just can’t find exactly what you are looking for, I’m here to help.
Sevin Custom Watches started as a simple eBay store where I first began selling custom watches. The list of satisfied customers quickly grew, and inquiries for customized watches followed. It didn’t take long to realize that a different platform was needed to showcase our designs and fling the door wide open to new requests for that perfect watch.
Soon after, we introduced the Sevin brand of watches, a highly customized style of watch that makes me remember everything I love about watches every time I look at one of Sevin’s many eye-catching and down-to-earth designs.
Designing watches has been an interesting hobby, and it is even more exciting knowing there are so many people out there wearing one of my watch designs. My customers are an extended family of watch lovers. Some are brand new to watches, and others are repeat customers who know exactly what they want. Whatever your experience, I hope you join our family of happy customers and find what makes you tick!

Returns
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your purchase. Returns are permitted for new, unworn merchandise only.
You may not wear, alter, size or otherwise use the item you are returning. Please note that due to their originality, any watches customized by Sevin Customs
are not returnable.
Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you with your receipt, including all hang tags and stickers firmly in place. No stickers can be removed, and item must still be sealed in original packaging. Also include any packaging, warranty card, manuals, etc. If there are any signs of wear, we will refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Please see below for return instructions.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for something else, we request that you return your
purchase for a refund, and re-purchase at your convenience. Please see below for return
instructions.
Defective Merchandise: In the case of a defective item, please contact us at sevincustoms@yahoo.com and we will assist you with your return.
Return Instructions:
Please send your return to the below address using the carrier of your choice. Include a copy of the receipt. We recommend you insure it against loss and use sufficient packing material to prevent damage in transit. We request that you obtain a signature on delivery, and keep a copy of the shipping label. The item is your responsibility until we verify it arrives at our facility. Note that a “delivery” notification from the shipping company is not sufficient, as they do mis-deliver
packages. Only a signature from our staff, and a copy of the label, can be used for delivery proof and subsequent refund. Address your package to “Sevin Customs”, omitting the high theft word “Watches” from any packaging. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process.
